ORGANIZATION

W R Layne operates 2 offices in California, the Southern California Corporate office and the Northern California District office. Each office is staffed with professionals who have the training, experience and resources to complete any project. W R Layne offices operate in local and regional markets under the direction of experienced managers who are supported by the best senior managers in the business. This organizational structure adds a wealth of management know-how, strength and capability to each project. Senior managers are involved from the onset of each project to make sure proper resources are assigned and available. The senior management staff is directly involved, and thoroughly review each estimate and contract, and has final responsibility for the overall financial performance.
